There are more than 1,800 summer camp jobs available at Pine Cove Christian Camps! Are you a college student or high school senior ready to invest in people's lives through a Christian Summer Camp?
Looking for year-round jobs? Or summer nursing positions?
You’re probably tempted to just skip this paragraph because you’re thinking, “Sure, yeah. Community. Got it.” But hang on just a second, because the community — true, deep community — that you will gain at Pine Cove will enrich your life immensely. It’s by locking arms with the people around you and heading into the battlefield of ministry together that the Lord will use you and your fellow staff members to make an impact all for His kingdom and His glory. God is going to change you and mold you during your time at camp, and He will use the people around you to support you and lift you up and spur you on.
We hire a lot of counselors. But also? We hire a lot of non-counselors. Everything from administrative assistants and social media interns to boat drivers and musicians. Also: health assistants. And wranglers. And videographers. Whatever you’re interested in, we’ve got a job for you!
“I can’t work at camp, I have to get an internship.” If this is you, flip that statement and reverse it — you CAN work at camp BECAUSE you can get an internship! We offer internships at camp, as well as potential college credit at your university.
“It doesn’t matter what you look like or what you wear or where you’re from. It’s about Him and it’s about giving His kingdom the glory that it deserves.”

Family Camp Staffer
Graduated high school seniors can apply to be a Counselor in Training, working and living in community right alongside the Pine Cove staff. Most definitely. $1200 if you work first or second half (six weeks total), and $2200 if you work the whole summer (11 weeks total). Cha-ching.
